Just wanted to send an update on our day in Guatemala. Today was our team off day, so we journeyed 2 hours to Lake Atitlan to go ziplining and hiking. It was a great experience and even those who were not planning on participating did. Although, many were anxious at first, it ended up being an incredible adventure. The view was amazing. We even saw monkeys and spanish racoons. We were introduced deeper into the Guatemala culture as our ride throughout the day consisted of many small towns and cities. We were blessed to have a reliable and friendly tour guide named Fransisco. We finished the day with a late dinner and a small prayer for our team. Spanish school starts tomorrow. Be praying for open minds, easy understanding and patience. We expect God to do great things and further prepare us for our missions next week at the clinics. Thank you for your prayers!
